Do to the miracle of modern science, we uncovered some lost footage of the first dropping of the ball in Times Square, New York. This New Year’s Eve tradition apparently started several thousand years ago.
We hope you enjoy our newest New Year’s ecard, Times Square, 12,000 B.C.
This Christmas season we released several new ecards. Its always great when we can tap our family members to help out with our creative endeavors. This Christmas was no exception, Katie Doohen, wife of co-owner Josh Doohen, provided the excellent vocals for our video remake of Oh Little Town of Bethlehem.
A Father and Son Team Effort
My family is such a blessing to me, and I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than having my 4 year old son help me make a new ecard. A Father and Son Turkey Tale features the voice of my son Joshua as the young turkey. We had a blast putting it together for you, and hope that you will enjoy sharing it with your families.
Joshua records the voice of Junior Turkey for A Father and Son Turkey Tale ecard.
We have fun here at GreetingSpring. Halloween is a great time of the the year to make ecards. Today we’ve released 3 new Halloween ecards, we hope that you enjoy them.
My fellow partner, Josh Doohen, has been busy creating a special series of support and awareness ribbon animations. There are so many worthy causes which deserve support. There are too many devastating conditions which exist in relative obscurity. Therefore it is important to show support and raise awareness so that we might provide a better world for our children.
Josh has created several different support ribbons utilizing a candle and an angel. There are several more to be released over the next week. If you know of any that we may have missed, please leave us a comment to let us know.
Josh Doohen just finished creating an ecard with our newest animated character. Meet our Little Love Bug. He will be making more appearances in the future. I’m seeing him as a vampire love bug for Halloween. But he will also make a great character for Valentine’s Day and anniversaries. If you have any suggestions for our love bug, leave a comment and let us know.
A beautiful new ecard by GreetingSpring artist and co-owner, Judd Albrecht. A Tree by the River is based on the uplifting scripture found in Psalm 1. We recently received an kind email for a gentleman in Ohio who suggested we have more Bible related ecards available and specifically suggested Psalm 1. We agreed that would make an excellent verse for an encouraging ecard.
We thank you for all the great suggestions you send our way.
Here is a sneak peak at the new GreetingSpring Animated Clipart section. You’ll be able to completely customize the size, background color, darkness of the drop shadow, and background transparency of our animations.
It’s proving to be a powerful new animation engine for GreetingSpring and we hope to have it available to our members yet this month.
